We operate on a no plus 1 policy within the salon and cannot accommodate for guests. If you come with a plus one unfortunately they will be asked to leave.
Children are also not permitted to be inside the salon unless the child is getting a service done.
We are not insured for ANY plus ones.
Due to insurance purposes, no treatment can take place on anyone under the age of 14, even with parental consent.
*If upon booking you select the incorrect treatment, then we hold the right to charge the correct amount to ensure all costs during the appointment are covered*
Clients are responsible for all patch tests, if you have booked an appointment without patch testing then we unfortunately are not liable for any reactions due to this.
💵Booking Fee
All bookings require a
Small % of the appointment value, NON refundable booking fee, I’m unfortunately unable to book in a space without one if you haven’t sent over or dropped off your booking fee, I may give the slot away to someone else so please message and double check the time is still available. Your booking fee is none refundable and none transferable, however on an occasion where I have to cancel it will be transferred to another date and time. I operate with a NO REFUND policy. Appointments that are cancelled by the salon, alternative dates and times to suit the client will be given. I am just a small business and things do come up which means sometimes appointments do need to be changed.

⏰Timing
Please arrive ON TIME or 5 MINS EARLY for your appointment as I’m normally back to back and don’t have time to run late. If you are more than 5 minutes late i may have to alter the appointment or will have to turn you away if I don’t have time. Unfortunately this will still have to be charged due to time being wasted.
❌Cancellation policy
I completely understand that things come up sometimes and you may need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and fill the space! Cancellations LESS than 48 hours prior WILL require a FULL payment. Booking fees are none refundable. ANY RESCHEDULING WITHIN THIS TIME MUST PAY HALF OF THE APPOINTMENT COST OR IT WILL BE CLASSED AS A NO SHOW!
💷REFUND:
We DO NOT issue refunds, under extreme circumstances a percentage of the the appointment cost may be given back, other wise a fix will be offered in place.
CHRISTMAS/FESTIVITES PERIOD POLICY 🎅 🎄
Anything cancelled within the week of Christmas or new year, 50% will be taken due to how high demand appointments are.
No shows will be required to pay the full balance.
